working conditions
since last week, an air meter has been posted outside my office door. it's measuring asbestos levels. there's some kind of construction going on in a nearby hallway, and, in addition to the signs suggesting I don a hardhat, are warnings about the quality of the air. guess why we don't see clients with OCD in our offices? my lungs hurt.

reminds me of when i worked in smith research center. our ceilings periodically fell in after hard rains and there were random people coming in with air quality devices that beeped when they entered our office.
