I started doing the goodreads thing. if you like books and I haven't already strong-armed you into joining, you should sign up and be my friend. it is completely overwhelming to try and rate everything I have ever read, so I am trying to rate my absolute favorites and any books that friends include on their lists that I have already read. it's very fun and addictive.

I'm not going to try to remember every book I've ever read. Instead, I'll just add books as I read them from now on. I told Jason I was having trouble concentrating on reading lately, but I finished WWZ and then Darren Brown's book, so I guess I'm back on track.
I have also recently been cataloging my DVD's into a new service DVDSpot, which does a pretty good job and gives nice statistics like top actors and directors. It doesn't accommodate the handful of bootlegs I have though.

Also I'm going to the Art Institute on the afternoon of August 1st around 1:30 to check out the rare prints room. I'd like to know if you'll be available for hanging around with me anytime that day.
man, I would love to go to the art institute with you, but I will be at Vanderbilt for work for a few days. you should meet up with JD when he gets off of work that day.
